Orders and pre-payment

Orders are pre-paid once we confirm your quote. Prices on this site are estimates and ranges, and your final price is confirmed in writing before work starts.

Console prices

Upgraded console prices depend on condition, included accessories, storage and current market value.

Send-in service

Send-in prices are service fees only. Parts, storage, repairs and shipping are extra unless quoted in writing.

Compatibility

Every console is checked at intake. Results depend on the exact model and firmware, and we will not start paid work on a console that does not qualify.

Games

We load games you provide from discs and copies you own. We do not supply or sell game files.

Diagnostics and repairs

Diagnostics are free. No paid repair or upgrade begins without your approval.

Turnaround

Completion times vary by console, job size and compatibility. We give you a window after reviewing your order.
