Upgraded console prices depend on condition, accessories, storage and current market value. Send-in fees are for the service only.
Firmware: Your PS5 must be on system software 13.60 or lower.

Turnaround
- One-upgrade or small firmware change: 1–3 hours turnaround when the queue is clear and files are ready.
- Multiple titles or mid-size library setup: 1–2 business days, excluding queue wait.
- Large jobs (firmware + several games + compatibility testing): 2–4 business days.
- Jobs with compatibility problems, large downloads, or a busy queue: additional time; a custom estimate is provided after intake.
- Diagnostic checks are free and do not count toward the turnaround window.
Additional Charges
- Storage media: priced separately.
- Storage upgrade and transfer labor: $15–$35 plus storage.
- Artwork/
metadata/ sorting/ compatibility checks: $10–$30. - Repairs and parts: quoted after free diagnostics and customer approval.
- Shipping: quoted separately.
Good to know
- Diagnostics are free and no paid work starts without your approval.
- Special editions, missing accessories and faulty units get their own quote.
- External drives are loaded for the same price as the matching internal drive.
- Orders are pre-paid. Materials are bought at cost.
