How a send-in works
Check and pre-pay
Check your firmware, fill in the order form and pre-pay the service fee once we confirm your quote.
Ship it in
We send you the shipping address. Pack the console and any drive you want loaded.
Set up, tested, returned
We set up the system, load your games, test every title and ship it back.
Send-in fees
Service fees only. Parts, storage, repairs and shipping are quoted separately.

Before you ship
- Do not update your console. PS5 must be on 13.60 or lower and PS4 on 13.52 or lower.
- Switch 1 consoles must be originals that can enter recovery mode.
- Send the console and any drive you want loaded. Keep your controllers and cables at home.
- Diagnostics are free. Repairs are quoted after the diagnostic and only done with your approval.
- Every console is checked at intake before paid work starts.
Turnaround
- One-upgrade or small firmware change: 1–3 hours turnaround when the queue is clear and files are ready.
- Multiple titles or mid-size library setup: 1–2 business days, excluding queue wait.
- Large jobs (firmware + several games + compatibility testing): 2–4 business days.
- Jobs with compatibility problems, large downloads, or a busy queue: additional time; a custom estimate is provided after intake.
- Diagnostic checks are free and do not count toward the turnaround window.
